Yes, you can edit your listings even after they are published. Just navigate to “My Listings->Product->edit button”. Once the changes are submitted, you need to wait for approval by our team before these get re-published.
A notification is sent to your user profile on Ispick.com. Along with this, you are also notified via an email and sms.
No, you cannot reject a rental product at delivery or a service provider once at home. If you do so you would still have to pay a full amount for the rent or fee for the service. We respect our customers and do understand that there can be unforeseen conditions/events. You may use the ‘Chat’ feature to converse with the other party regarding the exchange. If both accept, you can conclude the deal between yourselves and inform Ispick to take the products off the platform.
Yes, you can definitely do so. All you need to do is chat with your barter friend and discuss how you wish to go about the barter deal. The system is open-ended and we leave it to carry out your barter transaction.
A) If you are a Product Lister, i.e want to rent your products through Ispick:

Step 3 : Add your product
Add the product you wish to rent with its authentic description and photos. Mention the expected rent. Submit for approval.
The submitted product details are reviewed by Ispick. Once approved, your product is available for Rent.

B) If you are a Customer, i.e you want to take a product on rent through Ispick :

A one time step - all first time users need to undergo a simple KYC process. Once the details submitted by you are verified and approved by Ispick, you are ready to rent a product.
Step 3: Select product
Select a product from the various products available for rent on Ispick.
If the product falls under a “Listing Only” category, you can request contact information of the product lister and connect with them to carry the proposal further.
If the product falls under the “Delivery at Home” category, you can specify the rental start date, duration and make payment via the platform. Product will be delivered at your doorstep and picked up for return at the end of the rental schedule.

The rent would depend on a variety of factors such as the current market rental rate for the product, the income you would like to generate for the product, product cost, condition.
You can use the Ispick “Availability Calendar” where you can mark the dates for which your product has been booked. You can access this feature via “My Listing->Product->Availability Calendar”. Customers then see these dates as blocked.
Once a rental order is confirmed, on the start date of the rental period, our delivery executive visits the pick up location specified by the Product Lister on the start date of the rental period.They verify the product based on a list of checkpoints and then deliver the product at the drop-off address specified by the Customer. At the end of the rental period, the delivery executive repeats the above process in reverse and the product is returned to the Product Lister.

On successful completion of the rental transaction, you will be paid within 7-10 working days.
On successful completion of a rental transaction, the security deposit is returned within 7-10 working days.

A one time step - all first time users need to undergo a simple KYC process. Along with this, you need to visit the Ispick office for personal verification. Once the details submitted by you are verified and approved by Ispick, you are ready to add services.
Step 3 : Add your service
Add all the services you wish to offer with their description and rates. Submit for approval.
The submitted details are reviewed by Ispick. Once approved, your services are published on the platform and are open for orders.

Step2 : Select a service and service provider
Select the service you would like to avail. Also select a service provider from our list of service providers.
For a “Listing Only” service, you can request contact information of the provider and connect with them to further plan the order.
If you opt for services under the “Service at Home” category, schedule a service appointment and make payment via Ispick. Specify the address at which you wish to avail the service. A verified service provider will be at your doorstep as per schedule.
You can use the Ispick “Availability Calendar” where you can mark the dates for which your services have been booked. You can access this feature via “My Listing->Product->Availability Calendar”. Customers then see these dates as blocked.
